Brightside Balm contains a 1% dilution of essential oils, making then generally safe for children over 1 year of age. It is suggested to apply balm on a small portion of less sensitive skin to test if essential oils are well tolerated prior to widespread application.
Not recommended for breastfeeding mothers-peppermint of any kind may lower milk supply.
