Return & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days. Table Tallow will contact you if if there is any missing information on your order form needed to process your order.

Orders placed on a Friday after 10am CST, and over the weekend, will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. We are closed on weekends.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates about the whereabouts of your package. 

Table Tallow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Our shipping rate is $6.20 on every order no matter the order size. Our products ship via USPS or UPS depending on location.

  • Free shipping on all orders $125+
  • Promo codes for shipping may be given certain times of the year during special sales, events, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally at this time.

MELTED

As the weather warms up in the next few months, there is the chance that your tallow balm could melt en route.

WHIPPED TALLOW BALMS: If your whipped tallow balm arrives melted, simply pour it into a bowl, allow it to solidify at room temperature, then use a hand mixer to whip it right back up and place the product back in your jar. The product will not lose its healing properties or nutrient profile. It can also be used as a solid balm if melted.

SOLID TALLOW BALMS: If your solid tallow balm arrives melted, simply stick it into your refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour until it hardens up again. The product will not lose its healing properties or nutrient profile. 

RETURNS

We currently do not except any returns or exchanges of Table Tallow products. If there is an issue with the product when you receive it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tabletallow.com within 24 hour of receiving your package. Please send a picture of any damage with a description of your findings & we will be happy to assist!
